Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering
- 2–5 years of experience in rural or watershed development projects
- Proficiency in GIS, AutoCAD, MS Project, and related design tools
- Strong understanding of hydrology, topography, and soil-water conservation methods
- Willingness to work in remote and challenging terrain
- Experience in community-based natural resource management
- Familiarity with government schemes and rural development frameworks
- Marathi speaking is mandatory
- Ability to work independently on the field
